Hey, have a couple of questions, I did search and I think I found the answer but none of the topics were for my specific problem and just want to make sure... lol

First, is there a difference between delay and intermittent wipers?

Second, my delay or intermittent (whatever it is... lol) wipers don't work, when in set to that, the wipers work as if on low speed. Would that be the delay switch that everybody is putting in to have delay wipers that needs to be replaced or would it be the board on the wiper motor itself that's bad?

I am pretty sure you need to replace the whole wiper switch on youre steering column, that controls youre wipe speed delay and on & off control.
