misfiring after accident

a few weeks back i was involved in a accident in which my axle actually snapped, since replacing the axle and a few other parts that were messed i got into to my car today to drive it for the first time since the accident and my check engine light so i go to AZ and i have multiple cylinder misfires. my ? is what are possible/likely sources of the misfiring? sorry my computer is currently broken so i didn't have time to research anything. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you could get a digital multi meter, That would enable you to test the current through the coil packs, How long has it been since the car has had a tune up?. Could have a clogged fuel filter, Fuel pump could be weak in psi reading. Fuel injectors could need servicing. Vacuum leak (Hoses or Gaskets).
