Hi Everyone,

I have a 2000 Cavalier Z24. I am having a problem with the turn signals in that they stay on and do not flash. This is the case for both right and left. I have replaced both front and rear turn signal bulbs, and still have the same problem.

I thought that this might be a problem with the turn signal flasher, but everything I have read on problems with the flasher indicate that the turn signal shouldn't come on at all.

Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Your turn signal flasher relay is shot.U need to replace it being the bulbs are fine and just come on but do not flash is a clear indication the flasher relay is bad.I am not fluent with the 3rd gen Js but am guessing the part is located near the stearing column area.I am sure those who own a 3rd gen can tell u specifically and the part should cost about 10bux or more and advance auto or auto zone etc carry the part in stock all day.
