Ah yeah.

Do you hear the pump running?

Is the fuse blown?

Are the jets clogged up with frozen ice/snow?

^ x2, and adding hoses all hooked up? Kinked/ broken/crimped?

ive seen many cavaliers have rips in the hose right where it turns around the battery tray...might be a good place to start looking.

have someone spray it while you look under the hood for sprays/leaks, etc...make sure the pump is running, check the fuses...if not, then you might just have to replace the nozzles.

^^^^ more than likely your right nozzle is clogged, or the hose leading to it is crimped, reducing pressure to the nozzle. Both nozzles work off of one pump with a "T" splitter directing flow to the nozzles- there really is no way to "adjust" the flow to one nozzle, excepting the possibilities I just mentioned. good luck.

You can sometimes use a needle, if your careful to unplug it. However they cost like $6 at the dealer, I always just replace them, for one it is a safety concern.
