I noticed a gap between my front windshield seal and the passenger side windshield wiper rubber "stop". It's hard to explain so I included a couple of pictures. Could you guys check out your own cars, and tell me if you all have a gap too?
Thanks in advance.
Here are the pics...

Might, and I do mean MIGHT be off by one notch on the splined shaft. If the other wiper lays home OK, then the problem is isolated to that one arm. If not, the wiper moter/arm mechanic gear mesh could have jumped a tooth.
if the wipers function fine, i wouldnt pay it much attention myself.

Thanks guys, but I meant the gap between the dark black windshield seal and the rubber dome piece. The windshield wipers work fine. I'm worried water will leak past that gap into my fan motor.

Heya Brett : Thats nothing to worry about, All it is the rubber molding is shrinking, My friends car has started doing the samething. All I did for my friend is I had some black 3M silicone, Blended it in where the gap was fix the issue, He had no problems with the gap, He just wanted to not have the little gap, Its fixed hes happy,
Good Luck.
