yesterday I replaced the valve cover gasket on my wife's 00 2.2L 4spd auto sunfire
it was blowing oil like mad ...so I cleaned and re used the valve cover gasket..after carefull scrutinty...
two or more of the bolts holding the cover down we barely better than finger tight..so I figured that was the culprit..
it had been leaking a little for a long time..and I had been to lazy or busy to change it ..till it went from bad to worse about 2 weeks ago..
I was careful around all the injector wiring and stuff...I cleaned and degreased by hand and toothbrush most of the visible grunge on the block and various parts..
now I have a check engine light on...oil is good..
I just drained and replaced the transmission filter/fluid..as to jbody specs and all was good with the filler plug..
where is the pcv on this engine...
I am old school techNOT...
is their pressure building and blowing out the gasket..
Help
Thank way in advance

On the valve cover there's a hose going to the air intake. On the cover side there's nut that looks like it has gear teeth. When you putt that you'll see the pcv.
