I just bought my 03 Cavi a month ago.... And b4 I got my cavi I test drove an 03 sunfire when I popped the hood on the sunfire I noticed some stickers on there they said recall and had like a date on them.... And I've heard there's been a lot of recalls with the 03 to 05 js ...... So what recalls have there been? How would I find out if my cavi has been fixed to those recalls [I have no way of contacting the seller(bought from a private seller)] and if it hasn't will gm replace the parts that have been recalled even though I'm not the original owner, and its not under warranty any info would be appreciated thank you

Well if you go to the GM dealer, They could use youre cavaliers VIN # to see if recalls have been done, Thats what they did with my 01 cavaliers, Igintion switch recall. They replaced it free of charge.

i have a 2005 cavalier that i bought brand new, with 80,000KMS on it i have never had anything recalled. im pretty sure there where no recalls on the 2005 models

i know the 03 cavaliers where being recalled for tail lamp sockets , but i think thats all,
