has anyone determined what this is? its some sort of rack + pinion problem, just got new tires and alignment. drives fine. but a POP sound every 1/2 turn of the wheel.. 2001 w/ 122k miles

now that you explain it a bit better...btw reply to your own thread next time man, it sounds like it just might be the horn, signal catch on the wheel? ever since i took my column apart its been doing the clicking, but if not that, check the linkage and control arms
