99 sunfire se problem and need help

i have a 99 pontiac sunfire se with a 2.2l 4 cylinder motor and the car when i am driving everything in the car electrical shuts off and i have had a diagnostic test done on the car and it shows nothing and i bought a brand new battery on nov. 1st and it ran perfect for awhile then it started acting up again and i have had the alternator checked also and i am lost i dont know what the problem may be

Sounds like you are has a chassis ground problem, I would also take a close look at youre battery cables for corosion, breaks in the battery cables.
