My 04 sunfire will go out of the 3 yr warranty period in February.
Here's my issues:
Front rotors warped
Reverse lights wont go on
Rattling sound when I hit bumps in the road
Occasonal stalling
Any TSB's on these?
Can the dealer fix these for free?
Any other TSB's I should know about?

Just go into the dealer and tell them about you problems. The only thing they probably won't cover is the "warped rotors"
from what i saw there are no recalls or TSBs on the things you listed. Just go to the dealer and if its under your warrenty they will fix ya all up

The reverse light, is most likely the reverse light switch, I had the same problem. It is located somewhere inside the right wheel well area, it is susposed to be a simple 10 minute switch out, but the tech doing mine, cut the wireing harness and to splice..........
