ok its a 2000 2.4 auto cavalier.
what its doing is at low speeds it acts like an oval shaped wheel. its not been to discount tire and ever thing balanced out. and now just today I drive 60 mph on the freeway and just barley touch the gas (maybe push it in an 1/8 to a 1/4 inch) and it starts to shake to beat hell like a tire out of balance. it does it when I do as above and turn right on curves on the freeway.
It is lowered and the drivers side CV shaft has been replaced. the passenger side is the problem. breaks have been inspected by me and a shop. ball joint has been replaced but I noticed that its flat and out of greese, but before you jump right there,...... months ago under heavy loads (racing) it had a small vib in the pass. side of the front end. and also I think the struts are blown, they could have broke the stops out of the bottom i.e not lowering struts. but its a monroe senca-trac strut not a cheap POS well it is now.
what could this be?
CV shaft?
ball joint?
struts?
broken belts on tire? whos to say the balanced them twice to make sure of them being correct?
or all?
Thanks
Kevin

Does the sound increase with speed? If so... likely it's a bad wheel bearing!
its not a wheel bearing, they were replaced when the car was lowered. its a hop when it goes down the road. like an oval shaped wheel.
tires have been rotated so I know the chance of an oval shaped wheel is out of the question,
+ i know how bad wheel bearings are, this car has gone through 6 of them on the pass. side alone but that could still be a problem. the cars sound from the exhaust is soooo loud that i couldnt hear a wheel bearing anyway, but I shut the car off in N and coast down the road to listen for any hums and clunks raddles ect
