Ok guys,
This only happens in the AM when I start the car... When I start the car, I hear a VERY high pitched grinding sound coming from the engine. It sounds like it might be the starter. The car starts up fine, even when I hear the sound. sometimes its louder and somtimes its longer than others.
What else could it be?

On my 01 cavalier I notice sometimes, My starter with make an odd noise like its almost sticking, It does it when its hot out side, Even when Ive been driving for an hour, From the heat in the engine bay, Causes it to start rough sometimes. My guess would be youre starter is letting you know its getting old possible wearing out.
