P0137 02 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (Bank I Sensor 2)
Just curious which sensor it is and where it is located.
Also, when searching someone mentioned to check fuses first, which fuse would I be looking at and which fuse box?

Seems to me you got a problem with youre O2 sensor near youre Catyitic converter, Either the wiring has a short in it or sensor its self is burnout.
Ok so sensor one is the one near the cylinder head and sensor two is at the cat?

Sensor 1 is before the cat and sensor 2 is after the cat.
