so im about to role over to 100,000 miles. I just ordered a smaller pulley for my supercharger. What should i do to ensure that the car keeps running well, i do oil changes every 3,000, but what else needs to be done for 100k tune up.
Had tranny oil changed yet?
Flush radiator system and fill with distilled water(62 cents a gallon at wally world) and antifreeze
That's pretty much it except a bunch of visual inspections of hoses and connections.

-Some oil loss between changes, me thinks it be rings.
Now its a manual tranny so i was under the impression that those do not have transmission fluid. So in that case should i change out the clutch fluid.
DO NOT mess with trying to change the clutch fluid, if it's working ok now don't mess with it. IF you really want to, fill & bleed the hydraulic clutch system but I wouldn't. The 5sp does have trans fluid, the FSM says to drain/refill at 80,000 miles. When you do, either use the GM synchromesh or use the trick shift Dex-III full synthetic. I did the trick shift change on my '03 at 50,000 and it shifts soo much better it's astonishing. Much quieter too and the "getrag" rattle is 99% gone. I'd also look at replacing the fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, PCV, air filter, and drain/flush/refill the coolant. If you haven't replaced the belt, i'd do that too. Cheap insurance.
