Right headlight bulb dim - Left is Fine

I ran Ohm meter from + on battery to Orange cable at light bulb with that reading coming back broken link.

The other left headlight came back with .03 Ohms. I figure thats what the other side should be?

I then ran from Fuse box to right light and still broken link. (Yes I even swapped fused to make sure)

Mine is broken somewhere between the fuse and the light. So I figure somewhere in the connector? But unable to figure out how to get the connector apart. I pulled the little clip, but pull as I may the connector not come apart. What am I missing, or is there something I over loocked?

You need to shove a screwdriver in the back of the male assembly and lift the tab that is locking them together. Check out Connector Assembly to see a picture of the two parts disconnected.

I had this same problem. It turns out that the orange wire corroded through right at the connector. The wire was still physically attached to the connector, but it was an open circuit. I think the corrosion has to do with the headlights having a switched ground instead of switched power, but I haven't investigated that further.

If you want to keep the stock look of that connector, you can buy the pins individually from the dealer. The part number is: 15326268. It is on the pdf I linked to if you want to print it out to take and show the guy at the parts counter. The dealership I went to just gave me a couple for free. My buddy had to pay almost $5 each for them.

Good Luck.

How do you remove the pin then?

I have found out it is ok from the female end to the fuse box, but open link between the connector and light. So How do I remove the pin to replace it?

First, try pushing it out with a pair of small needle nose pliers. If that doesn't work, try pulling the "Primary Lock Reinforcement" out of the connector just a little, but don't pull it all the way out. You might have to try wiggling it out with a screwdriver on each side. This should relieve the pressure on the catch holding the pin into the connector. If you can't move the Lock, then push a small jeweler's screwdriver down the tunnel for the pin and see if you can press the catch down that way.

I believe the connector you are dealing with is shown on page 5 of the pdf I linked to above.

Post up how you ended up fixing it so that someone with this problem might be able to find it later.

After screwing with the connector and not solving the problem. I started tracing the harness probing certian areas till I found a section that was broken.

Then to my surprise I found this under the washer tank.......................

The wire was cut clean through.

I been having electrical problems only when it rains. I beginnig to think that my be from the same thing as well.

Added pigtails and extaned the wires that were cut and fixed that sucker up.

Going to Autozone and getting some harness wrap keep that from happaning again.

THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP!!!
