ac/vent fan not blowing on low speed(s)

This just happened tonight. I don't have air blowing thru the vents on the low speeds. I have to turn the fan on the high setting to get any flow into the cabin. Has anyone had this problem?? Please tell me its a fuse and not the switch or something else complicated...j/k.

Any help and advice would be appreciated.
