Ok I figured out my regulator is bad and am shopping for a new one. I checked on napaonline and they have three that range in price form 60 to 130 dollars, but it show something about the vin number, and I am not sure what it means. Could someone please explain:

Or does anyone know of a place I could get on for cheaper?? Is this something that would be worth getting from a junkyard? Is it a real common problem so I might end up getting another bad one?
