DRLs use the high beams in 97 cars..... so I would suspect that one of your head lamp bulbs is burnt out... check that first

I checked the bulbs & fuse and all of them are ok. Well, this is how it started, i was using the car like 2 weeks ago, then the passenger low beam just stop working, i went to the store and bought a new bulb but then the old bulb is still good, and then 2 days ago the other one just stopped working too, and the green thingy on the dash went off too. Also, wen you put the car on drive, the light goes on right?! but now it doesnt.

Its a relay behind the driver's side of the front bumper.

Take out the driver's side headlight and you'll see it.

If it's bad, do the old-skool disable (scroll down to 97 Sunfire, its the same for the Cavi): http://lightsout.org/disable.html#GMspec

Theres no #80 on the relay, there's 30, 86, 85, 87, 87a.
