Ok here we go I have 1997 2 door coupe, after driving for a while and i sit idle, the car heats up gradually but fairly quicky, the fan doesn't turn on, but i can turn on the air which turns on the fan, and it cools the car back down, but i don't want to keep doing that? can anyone help determine the problem?

I can't be, whe the car gets hot the fan should turn on by it self to cool it down and its not doing that
