bogging after high rpm shifts

i have an 03 ecotec. Cold air intake and catback exhaust. if i shift at high rpms, mostly at the track the car bogs after each shift. i shift at 6000 every shift. any ideas, spark plugs maybe????

Could be a fuel delivery problem, Lacking internal engine parts, Like pistons, Heads, Or justs one of those things all fuel injected cars do they have slight delay in throttle respose.

Just my 2 cents.
