I have took apart many engines and reassembled them.
What exactly do you need directions on?

first off im not really sure what your trying to do cus that was pretty incoherent...
second i think your lost ..there isnt a single Jbody in your profile nor are you talking about a Jbody engine ..BUT...

Na ain't lost the 2.4l and the 2.3l are very similar so I am sure they are many here that can help with what I asked.

Well i agree with scott, you might as well go to the forums dedicated to the 2.3L specificly.
Externally and part wise, the 2.3 and 2.4 are similar. When it comes to building it, they are 2 different engines.

the 2.3L LO (stock in the 95) is alot more complicated than the HO Quad.
the main question is, balance shafts? If you got em, then you have the more complicated motor.
I say this because in my experience, the lower end of a Quad4 is less complicated than the SBC, and in a way, so is the top end.
Haynes manual tells you how to reassemble the motor, in easy to use terms.
