Not sure if you guys read that Sticky post where I originally posted so I will start a new topic:
Hey Guys, I just took my car (00 Cavalier with 45K Miles) for its emissions test today and it failed the OBD Test. Here are the ERROR codes it came up with

P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)
P0758 Shift Solenoid B Electrical
P1860 Manufacturer Specific Code
Can ANY of these be linked to my radio. I know when CC installed in back in 00 they wired it kind of wierd, so 90% of the time when I start the car, my "Check Engine" light is on.
Please help
I dont know how the radio could ever be connected to any of those, but Thus would not surprise me on a CC job.
Any idea as to what I need to replace to correct these issues?
well if CC installed the radio in 00 and NOW you are having problems with emissions I would say its not CC fault. Have you tried replacing the sensors?
I wasn't really blamming the radio just thinking the way its wierd might make something go wierd.
This is what I was asking, how to replace the sensors and where can I get them from?
call pep boys, advance auto, napa, gm dealer....any of them should be able to get you the part. If you go to pep boys or advance pick up a haynes manual. It will tell you how to replace the sensors.
Do you know if it is going to be 1 sensor or if it is going to be more than one?
These 2 should be the same sensor
P0336 Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance

This one is in the transmission or an ECM fault problem.
P0758 Shift Solenoid B Electrical
The mfg specific may go away if the others are fixed.
I'd replace the Crank Position Sensor, check the wiring to it. Then clear the codes and see if they come back.

Thank you Don Austin. I will be calling my Uncle who works for Auto Zone tomorrow to pick up the sensor.
I don't think anything is wrong with the transmission, everything shifts just fine?
And to clear the codes, do I just unhook the battery for a few minutes?

Generally, the codes are in order. That is, you would normally work on the lowest number first. A problem with the Crankshaft Position Sensor (PO336) can also cause a Camshaft Position Sensor fault (PO340). Since you have had problems since the wiring was messed with, it could be a loose connector. Also, according to the FSM, codes PO336 and PO340 are susceptible to electromagnetic interference. Stray noise pulses could cause the Crankshaft Position Sensor circuit to count too many pulses or rotations of the crankshaft. It may sound goofy, but if you suspect some problem or interference from the radio, I would try keeping the radio off or even unplug it from the car's power. Then operate the car for several ignition cycles (to hopefully reset the DTC) or reset the fault with a scan tool and see if the DTCs return with the radio off or out of the circuit. If you want to try replacing a sensor, the Crankshaft Position Sensor would be most likely.

ok the p1860 code, runs out to be tcc pwm solenoid ckt electrical according to my scanner software, i am assuming 2000 cavy 2.4 auto. not really sure what it breaks down to mean but it is a starting point on it.

Thought it was a 2.2 though........probably wrong lol
i just checked with new info, its showing the same thing.... just pop the hoo and if it is a 2.4 it will be labeled as it. other wise good luck and i am glad my state dont test.
