Hi my name is angie I have a 97 z and i can not locate the pcv valve. i have done a few searches and can not locate the pcv valve. I know that they stoped them in 98 but this one has to have it. See the problem that im having is that I am getting blow back in my airbox and i think that the pcv valve might be bad . So if there might be some nice guys out there that can help I need it I.e a pic or something.. thanks
If it's a 2.4 there isn't a pcv, it's an oil separator. No moving parts, not a tune-up item.
The oil separator is under the intake manifold, follow the hose that goes from the timing chain cover to between the intake tubes.
