clutch problems
Thursday, July 13, 2006 9:38 PM
ok, a little while ago i posted a problem in here, the problem was that i couldn't shift my car into any gears with clutch pushed in. ok i just replaced master slave cylinder and cltch fluid line with resorvoir. all in all 1000 bucks later. still have the same problem, arrrrrghhhhh. i am right pissed. i still can't shift car unless i pump up the clutch a few times and then press it right to the floor as far as possible. i f i cut a hole in the floor it probably would work. i'm out of ideas i give the @!#$ up. hell if it isn't running i can fly through the gears like no ones buisness. until ya start it. PLEASE SOMEONE WHAT CAN I DO. is there any adjustment.

You might want to try bleeding the lines of trapped air, if not done already. Also, blockage in a line somewhere? As for adjustment, the system is self-adjusting (hence the fluid reservoir).

you said you changed the master slave cylinder, did you mean you changed the ,master cylinder AND the slave cylinder? your slave cylinder may be between your motor and transmission (it is on mine) and thats about the problems I was having. It's a fun job to to, i would check that but if you already changed it.... i have no idea...
