first off did u use NEW bolts, these bols are NOT REUSEABLE!

the torque on these are:

step 1
bolts 1-8 (all bolts except furthest to the left) 40 ft-lb
bolts 9 and 10 (bolts on cam sproket end)30 ft-lb

step 2
tighten ALL bolts and additional 90 degrees (quarter turn)

why do you need to check it so bad? and why would they come loose in the first place?
and if you want to check if there tight then take the cam cover off and check

u cant simply see if these are torqued correctly, there's no final torwque spec on these bolts

If you haven't taken the head bolts off, don't bother because they'll be fine. You'll probably just break one while trying to see if they're tight.

ok I take the compression on my car, and my dex-cool were going out of the engien by the spark plug hole, so my head gasket is broken! do I absolutely need new head bolt, or I could reuse these after putin a new gasket in place!?? my engine only have 23 000 kilo on it!

if you have coolant around your spark plugs, that has nothing to do with your headgasket being shot, moreso a crack running through the head, which is why it is leaking... do you have white flaky stuff around the plug? or how do you know that it is antifreeze 100%?

If you pull the head off, you need a new headgasket and head bolts. goto any napa and headbolts (10= 8 long 2 short) will be 30 bucks, max. you will need a head gasket (cometic NA or boosted gaslet $115), if you need a head that is a different story, you need a head too, which can vary in price. You can reuse your lifter, housings, and cams,

you think my head is craked??? damn I tested compression yeasterday! this is my results 200-180-160-200, dexcool was coming off the spark plug hole when we tested compression(the car was left here for about a night) i really think it's only my head gasket, that's what I think...

the head gasket doesn't prevent flow into the spark pulg "hole" the only thing between plug and antifreeze is the head. ant correct me if I am wrong.

hmmm, your compression is stupid low on #3 too, what color are your plugs? (specifically the one that is 160)

what i'm telling you is there water leaking from the head gasket in the cylinder so when i tested the compresson the water go out... the spark plug were all same color on 4 cylinder, brown like a normal combustion...I wish this is only the gasket :s

well quoting the old guy "you can wish in one hand and crap in the other and see which one gets filled first" i have to agree you cracked your head if you want some peace of mind go have it pressure tested

If enough coolant is flowing into the cylinder from a blown headgasket, it could force it's way out through the open spark plug hole, but it would have to be a big headgasket leak... good luck and happy wrenching!

well to answer one of your questions...yes you must replace the head bolts if you remove them
