about a week ago, i had to swerve through a non-deep puddle to avoid some drunk arsehole. but it left these orange specks all over my passenger side. by the time i had time to clean it (13 hour workdays)...nothing takes it off. i scrubbed the crap otu of it with car wash, NOTHING.
now, at my job, i tried using this pro detailer "ardex" brand spot remover, and it did nothing, although did work a little on the rubber seal at the bottom of the window. also tried "clay magic"...which as far as i know is just generic clay bar stuff. also, NOTHING. i scrubbed it HARD.
any ideas wtf i can do to get this @!#$ off my car??? i think its pretty baked on right now...and i was gonna take it to the detailer to just get it off, claybar wax and polish my car just for the f*ck of it while its there.

Hmmm, without seeing it this is kinda tough. If you can find some Meguires body scrub it will take it off, its awesome stuff! Unfortunatly they stopped making it and they have no replacement for it. If you can't get lucky and find that try the step 1 in hte 3 step Meguires cleaner, polish, wax system with a buffer and hope that works.
Good luck
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
without seeing it, i cannot venture a guess.
I do know what would take it off, but it would eat your paint as well. So thats no help.
I use my car a lot for work which also takes me to work sites. I have found that baby oil or mineral oil works pretty good as well. Not saying it will but can try.
Good Luck
3M makes a "wax and adhesive" remover, it's worked for me and doesn't cloud up the clear coat.

if that failstheres always automitive paint prep that most body shops sell by the gallon that crap can remove any tar or surface @!#$
if nothing at all works, try color sanding, use alike a 4000 grit sand paper, and allot of soapy water, AND DONT STAY IN ONE AREA TOO LONG!
ill look for all the stuff you guys mentioned at my 2nd pep boys job....my day job at the dealership has nothing that actually worked, i tried everything. im about ready to just wetsand it, and have my body guy re-paint it when he fixes the damage on my bc2 kit, and when he does my mirrors and handles.
but thanks for the suggestions...im gonna try all of the above before i do that, cuz even all those supplies are cheaper than re-painting!!

u shouldnt have to repaint, wetsanding you shoulnt break through the clear coat. wen u wetsand, keep a white rag or paper towl handy, and periodically wipe it with it. if u get no colour on it (such as ur paint colour) u havnt gone too depp. now if u sand deep enuff you get youir paint colour on your rag, then u need it recleared, possibly painted.
