last time i changed my coolant i used dex-cool, the light comes on then goes off after 30 seconds or so...sometimes longer..so if i put more in can i use any 50/50 mix without draining what i have in there or do i have to use dex cool again?

If you drain and flush the system completely, you can use any 50/50 mix. If you dont do the flush, you have to use dex-crap.

i don't see why everyone has such a problem and is so afraid of dexcool. i just did a flush on my system and put dexcool back in. it works fine.
