F%@K battery lights....HELLLLP ASAP pls...

ok well i have a big problem on the way home from work last night my battery light came on i take it in to be tested they said the battery was getting too hot and its not holding its charge....so i replaced it right after driving for a good 5 mins with the new battery it comes on again i yell F#@K and get it home asap next thing i got told it would be is the alt so i replaced it now its still on and i have no idea what it could be i need help asap as i'm starting at a new job tommorow and i need it running thanks

Have the alt checked... also this should have been posted in maintenance.

I would suspect your Negative battery connection at the chassis or the fusible link has blown.
