ok long story short i was told by mieneke that my driver side knocking sound was caused by a bad wheel bearing hub assemblywhich was also causing the play in the steering. i didnt wany to pay $380 for them to do it so i did it for $95. so any ways while i had every thing off i was inspecting everything else. so i grabbed my half shaft or intermediate shaft or whatever and it shoof around makeing some bad knocking sounds. my question is.......... is this normal? im pretty sure this shouldnt be loose any ways how do i fix this problem? oh by the way the bearing assembly didnt do any thing but waste two hours of my day off. i still have the knocking and popping sound.
