Bleeding out fluids, best methods?

Well I'm bleeding the car out today. 60,000+ miles and I'm getting major brake fade at the autocross, I'll be using the Valvoline Synpower .

Brakes:
Small plastic tube on bleeder nipple, suck out old stuff in resevoir.
Fill up resevoir, openbleeder for a few seconds, close bleeder, top off resevoir, repeat till I see the new fluid.
Start at rear right, and continue at points furthest from the maste cylinder.

Questions:
Whats size plastic tubing should I use there are plenty of choices at Lowes but I'd prefer to get one that fits snugly so I can minimize any fluid spillage?

Power Steering:
Suck out old fluid in resevoir.
Fill up, start car, stop car, suck out till the fluid is clean.

Questions:
Is there a better way to do this, seems awefully tedious?

Clutch Fluid:
Since we have a hydraulic clutch is there anyway to change the fluid?

Open all the bleeder valves put the little hoses on the screws and run them into cups then just sit there listening to the radio and keep topping off the master cylinder. After it starts to run clear then just bleed them with the car running as the power from the power brake booster will help force the rest of the nasty stuff out.

Good Luck

Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
