Ok so herre is the issue....the xcar is acting weird on me but im not getting any codes at all...if i shift hard usually from fiirst to second it stumbles for a second then picks up and goes like normal.....when i start it it isnt starting normal..it used to click broooom...very easy now it kinda stumbles a tad....and lastly when its on the highway ..and ill add that i have aaem cold air and no innerfenders i have a had it a few times when it bogs like its not getting spark or fuel or something...im thinking its one of afew things, bad plug wire....watwer was getting sucked into engine but that wouldnt solve the stumblin thing or bad fuel pump..i know the filter shoudl be changed but would it be a cause of thiss...seems liek the engine is runnign one 3 cylinders when it gets like it..and its always when i hammer on the gas ....it wont rev..like when i washed the engine and therre was water in the spark plug hole....any ideas..help..its drivin me mad!..phil+

sounds like its time for a tune up.

new spark plugs, new plug wires, new fuel filter, new air filter, and I bet your problem goes away.

right now it just sounds like bad plugs, I had the same problems until I bought new plugs and gapped them properly.

I had a lot of stumbling, I thought it was something more severe.

try the simple sh!t first.

I got very recent ac delco platinum plugs regapped them a bit ago, newer aurora wirees, new msd coil packs, new aem cold air intake fuel filter needs to be changed tho, so matience is done ....im thinking it might be a grounding wires out cuase people have had problems with aurora wires so i have to oprder some new taylor ones....check mt registry for mods list and all that..but thanks for the help so far..phil

Welcome to the world of a bad spark plug...

Well i dunno if it 100% fixed yet but i put new plugs in again and a new fuel filter...semed to fix the hard stat and stumble..now we will see how she is on the highway...one thing tho..if it was a bad plug why would it b intermittant? an also why wouldnt it make a misfire code?? phil

Some spark plugs are "marginal"...

They'll work when the carbon and glaze is burned off....
