hey i need a wiring diagram for a 95 cavalier 2.2 auto with obd2 . i need the diagnostic connector , diagram. scan tool powers up,but doesn't read data-link.

Could be that in '95, the 2.2 wasn't exactly OBDII just yet. It was a pseudo-OBDII and the connection is different than OBDII. I don't know/can't recall where I have that info right now.
My 95 Sunfire is still OBD1, was there a midway change to OBD2?!?!
No there was no change. The 95 2.2 are OBDI with OBDII connector. The only that can read the codes is Gm.

Not if you have the right connector. I've an AutoXray scanner, what would be considered 'old' compared to what they have available now. I don't know what the wiring is, but I have the connector that lets me hook up.
