I have a pacesetter header and had to extend the wires, long story short the 02 sensor went. i bought a new 02 sensor, and was lookin for a extension instead of suderin the wires together. i found what i think to be one on casper electronics site. part #109091. has anyone bought this, and did it work fine. just to let you all know, my car is a 2001 cavalier 2200. thanks.

It's a standard connector. So you shouldn't have much problem finding one. I would just solder it up, but that's me.

yeah thats what i did the first time and it went out, but it was the original one so it might have just gone cause it was old, i was wonderin if i was lookin at the right one was all. its a two wire 02 extension so i figured it had to be right.

I could be wrong, cause I've been studying n and w body wiring a lot lately.
But I think the second O2 sensor is a 4 wire, and the first is a 1 wire.
I'll have to break out the books later and check...

^ ^ ^ Correct on the wiring C.T.S. and I just soldered mine also. The cable isn't shielded so I just used the next size up to make sure I didn't lose any signal strength and soldered/heatshrinked, and wrapped it with tape end to end with no problems.
