My tail and third brake lights won't turn off, even when the key is out of the ignition. ('03 sunfire)
What would be causing this?
check the brake switch under the dash, at the top of the brake pedal rod. it may be sticking

I'll have to leave it for the dealer in the a.m. Any idea how long those lights will take to drain the battery?
Yes, but apparently it was a circuit board.
