I have to change out my TPS, but the 2 hex nuts are completely stripped, and I can't get a drill with an Easy Out drill bit in there, so I have to pull out my TB to get a good angel on it. I've never pulled off my TB before, anything I need to look for that I can mess up? Any tips? This is for a 2200, the TB is in the back ... Big time bitch to look at.

OK I have my TB off the mani, and am STILL up @!#$'s creek w/o a paddle here. I have been TRYING to use Easy Out drill bits to no avail. How do I use them? All they do is just bore out the hole even more. And hardly leave any sides to grip on. I am getting VERY @!#$ frustrated at this SUPER simple job that has got to be more complicated than dropping in a 454 BB.

couldnt you use a pair of lineman pliers or vise grips and grap the outside of the screw..
