1998 Sunfire 2200 5spd
So today i go to my car start it up every thing is fabulous, pick up a friend we drive for jeez, a good hour and a half, no problems.
Get home shut it down, go back out 15 minutes later to pick up my sister
Still no problems.
about 20 minutes ago i go out to run to the gas station start it up start backing out and notice its idling prettyyy rough
the RPMs were droppin down into the 500 range when i normally see them around 900ish no acceleration problems, just at idle.
at first I though spark problems, but i cant see it being that the coils, plugs, and wires, are maybe a month old
but it has been storming like crazy today, could it be something to do with the rain? i know my old van used to run poorly when it got real stormy.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
Maybe youre air temperature sensor on youre throttle body boot is acting up, Or you got some carbon build up on youre IAC sensor,
