Misfire question!!??!!

This only happens when it rains!! After a good rainstorm my cavalier will have a misfire that will cause it to idle rough and when it is put in drive and the accelerator pushed down teh car hesitates, bogs and makes a loud popping sound. The popping sound is a tin can like sound and I cant tell if it comes from the engine or the exhaust.
I have replaced both coil packs, plugs and wires. Everything in the car is A/C Delco.
The car doesnt buck forward but like I said bogs and sputters.
with your foot barely on the gas you can accelerate to highway speeds(55-70mph) the minute you push down on the gas 1/4 of the way or more you get the missing bogging , hesitation and loud popping sound. Remember , this only happens after a rain storm and goes away after about 30 minutes of driving.

Any clues?

My truck sometimes does the same thing lol. I think it comes from a ground or wiring of some sort getting wet.

My roommate had almost the same problem on his VW. Using di eletric grease on the spark plug contacts with the wires fixed it.
