HELP installing 5" tach

anyone know how to install a 5" tach from autometer?

ASSUMING we talking about a DIS system

Black = ground
Red = splice into your dimmer switch wire
Yellow ( I think) for the output for the CKP signal from the PCM

someone correct me if I'm wrong there, I dont see anyway to get the RPM siganl but from the output signal from the PCM,

Okay you need a wiring diagram of the input to the PCM. You need to splice into the input wire for the PCM.

I can point you in the direction of a wiring diagram if you tell me the year and engine of your car.

accourding to rksport he will need tach driver adapter or what ever they call it
