aiming headlights

I know this is a dumb question but how do you aim the headlights on a 95 cavalier. I bought halo projectors, the brights are good but the low beams are so low you can't see them over the hood and the point off to the sides badly. I see the to 2 adjuster screws per light but i don't wan't to move the wrong one.

My manual is in my car. you should go spend the 12-15 bucks and get your own. they are a great tool.

I forget which does which, but the screws you wanna mess with recieve a torx screwdriver. Shoot for high beams that fire straight forward. Lows will set themselves, being just down and to the right. Easier to aim straight forward than guess-timate 'just down and to the right'. Lows will typically have their bright spots come just below most rear windows in the average sedan.
