OMG TPS sensor 2200

First off, I want to thank GM for using the cheapest, softest, fastest rusting metal they could get their hands on ...
Ok I'm in the middle of changing my TPS because it acted up pretty bad again. The 2 hex nuts that are holding the sensor against the TB were very rusted, so the first thing i did was spray some unlocking fluid or whatever to loosen them up, but that didn't help. Anyways, I got the right size hex key and the very first turn of the hex key, stripped the nuts perfectly smooth. I can not do anything for the life of me to get anything it the hole that will bite the hex nut and break it loose. Any help???

Here is a pic of the screws on the sensor, notice how shiny the inside of the bolts are. How lovely.

Either the above mentioned tool or I have used vise grips on rounded out allen head bolts but it looks like you might not have enough room to use those.

their are shorter bits you can use, I just use a pair of need nose vise grips.

How does that work? I think I might have something like that out in the garage.

I tried vice grips, but they kept snapping off the side of the nut.
