I have a 97 2.4 Cavy Auto, and I installed a a/f ratio guage and it shows that I'm running very rich most of the time. The mods that I have is header, cat, catback, and intake plus a few more things that probably would not affect this. What options do I have to try and make it run ideal? I have been needing to do a tune-up maybe that would help? What other things can I do that would help?

My car has two speeds, fast and faster.
After you installed the mods you mention above, did you unhook your battery cable for at least 15 minutes so your computer could reset?

take the A/F ratio gauge and ut it in the garbage. You just waste money.
Get a real reading from a Wideband and tell the situation when you think you run rich. It's not suppose to stay at stoich all the time.

No I have never unhooked my battery after installing my upgrades. Would that really help out?
