Zinc Plated Bolts. Will they rust?
I can't find stainless anywhere, in the size i need.

Zinc plated steel
Steel is zinc plated for moderate protection against rust.
it means they will rust, but mostly surface rust.
they will hold up for awhile before you have any major issues. that what my brackets for the rear sway-bar were from RKSport. they were just fine till i tried to remove them.
what sizes are you looking for and where are they going?
M8 x 1.25 x 10 (stainless)

In my design experience, zinc plated fasteners will pass GM's 24 hour salt spray test, with only some white corrosion. This translates to about 5 years normal service in non-road salt environments (or 2-3 in road salt environments). Its only a slightly worse coating than a trivalent chrome.
To prolong the corrosion resistance, make sure you don't scratch the coating too much.
