i need a few things in the next couple months to rebuild my motor. and im goin to state this first
i am not rebuilding for performance and im not looking for performance parts! I am limited on cash so i just want OEM parts if possible. While the motor is out of the car i plan to re-do alot. im looking for
bearings
rings
clutch
valves
water pump
etc.
truthfully if i can find a engine rebuild kit that would be great too. give me some thoughts, suggestions guys. the reason im doing this overhaul is because i have a rod slightly knocking so i wanna repair it. the motor has 129k on it so while it is out why not do it all.

do new head/cam cover gaskets,
new o2 sensor,
thermostat,
rear main oil seal,
and if you have the money i would do new valves and forge the crank at a machine shop.

You're going to need an engine machine shop's help.
Before you look for parts, find a good shop and talk to them.
It would be wise.
