I went to change the pugs in my 95 cavalier 2.2 yesterday and the number 1 & 3 plugs are stuck. What can i do to get them out?
has had the same problem...took me 45 minutes to take them out...just worked with it...just don't put alot of stress on them...since its a aluminum head u don't want to bring the threads out with the plug...i used alot of WD-40 and alot of patients

put a impact gun on it they will come out like nothing
I didn't have a problem taking out my spark plugs, but lets say one did end up getting into my head. I'm not sure exactly how it happened, but I'm told I'm gonna need a head replacement. How much should I expect to spend for it? parts and labor...on a 2.4L.
well i let it sit in wd 40. I used a whole can and the number 1plug is still stuck, now the plastic peace is broke. So now it will not run right. I have to get that plug out. I'm almost to the point of taking the head off and getting a new one.
IDK if this would work, and idk if it would cause trouble but...
maybe you could heat it up and see if that would loosen it enough.
worth a shot
