Well i left the car sit all today then tonight i started it up with no problem but when i touch the gas the car makes a whining noise from the right side of the engine. Well when i got to where i was goin i got out and walk to the pass. side of the car and noticed a burning smell comein from the car. Anyoneknow what the hell this is???
Fan belt? Alternator? A/C compressor bit the biscuit?
how would i know witch one? Would they be hot to the touch if it was one of them? After i drove the car home tonight i poped the hood and was hit with that same smell again and i touched the belt and got a line of black on three of my fingers but the alt. pully wasn't hot at all thats all i carried to reach for in the dark.
