i'm throwing a code that i have a bad connection for my o2 sensor. i had a shop do my whole exhaust over and i needed a longer cord for my o2. i bought a new o2 and soldered in some wire and the code stayed off for a few days then came back. the code's been on since i got the exhaust put on. and it seems like my gas mileage has suffered because of this. any tips on how to fix this problem? could it just be a different o2 somewhere, although i didn't think that there was another though. i have a 00' 2200 cavy

could my computer just think my car is running wrong because of the different air flow?

im assuming its the 2nd o2 sensor? i heard you cant extend the wires and ive hard that you can. what exactly is the code your getting?
you may need to make a bung so the o2 sensor isnt so much in the flow of the exhaust it maybe setting off the code also
