Does anyone have experience swapping a 2.0-liter MPFI engine into a TBI car?

The '90 Sunbird convert I fixed up for my granddaughter seems to have spun a bearing. I am buying a '94 coupe that just had a new head professionally installed before it got hit by a tree. I was going to take this car apart anyway. Now I would like to swap the engine into my granddaughter's car. Can I swap blocks? Can I swap everything but the intake? Or am I better off swapping the whole works including the computer and the wiring harness?

By the way, I fixed up three red 1990-1991 Sunbird convertibles for my three granddaughters and I own a '94 red convertible with W26 myself. If anyone needs advice on convertible top installs, I can help a little.
