OK, so I was driving home, and my buddy pulled up with his civic. Turbo'ed 8psi.....we drop down to about 50 and I pull it into 3rd and right about 6K I get my CEL flashing lol....misfire, but what could it be? Bad spark plug, ignition, I have no clue. This is the 2nd time its happened....

The misfire is probably caused by a slightly plugged injector that at that high of rpm (highest fuel demand) is causing a lean misfire... Who pulled the code to tell you it was a misfire code? Did they give you the code? It will tell you what cylinder is misfiring and ease diagnosis a great deal

well, I dont get a code per say....I just get the stupid cel light flashing like 15 times or so....but I mean @!#$, I still raced him again after it happened lol....and no misfire....so ionno....haha.....and I just put new plugs in it, maybe I need to go a step colder or something??

Injectors? hmmmm......anyway to test it?
