Grocery list for a/c please.

Summer's coming up and I just remembered that my car didn't come with an a/c and last summer sucked not having one lol So basically I need a list of all the things i'll be needing to install one. Thanks guys

You'd probably be better off going to a salvage yard and finding one there.

Okay lets see, all in car controls, switches and relays, and wiring. You need a condesnor, compressor, evaportor, and either a reciever/drier, or a accumlator whatever one your car has, it only has one of them. If it is located after the condensor its a recieevr/drier, and after the evap its an accumlator. Secondly all the lines, and figure out how to mount them. You need your cars with year with a belt for A/C, and find a place to mount the compressor.

Also all wiring, and most likely a new computer, or need yours reprogrammed, I guarentee at lest that much.

So yeah it isnt going to be cheap.
