How do you change these things, I bought new pads at napa and I haven't a clue what to do with those 2 arms and that springy thing, as I never have changed drum brake shoes before.
If you haven't done GM drums before, i'd advice getting a Haynes manual. Less than $20 at Advance / Auto Zone. It has a step by step guide for doing those. Good reference for lots of things you might want to tackle.

Best to do one side at a time and use the other for a reference. Not really hard to do but you have to take the E-brake arm off the old shoe and install it on the new one. You can remove the springs with vise grips (WEAR SAFETY GLASSES!!!) and remember to install the shoe with the short lining in the front. (I think the original shoes have the same amount of lining on them so you can't use that for a reference.)
God bless America.
